Each area will have "exclusive use" with restrictions per HOA document?? The town of Wayland offers a Community Garden where you pay a fee for a 20X30 plot. You can reserve your plot at the Conservation Commission. 2014 fee is $12 for the year for Senior's and $16 per year for non-seniors.

Yes, common household pets shall be leashed when in the common area and register with the trustee. There is a breed and weight restriction, see Sales for details.

Yes, the grill can only be located on the patio and five feet away from the exterior of the homes.

Are Satellite Television Antennas allowed?
With the written consent of the Trustees, provided that satellite antennas with a diameter of twenty-four inches or less may be installed on that portion of the rear of the building adjacent to a unit.

Will buyers have direct access to the Cow Common Conservation Area network trails?
Yes, it is located off of Old Sudbury (Route 27) and borders the Great Meadows Wildlife Refuge. Cow Commons is approx. 65 acres and has a variety of bird species. This Conservation Area also provides garden plots to the public and extensive walking trails.

How do I reserve a home at River Trail Place?
A non-binding reservation agreement with a $2,500 reservation deposit are required when you select and reserve your home at River Trail Place.
